Library Square was a 3 phase development completed in 2014 in Kamloops. This project was a key piece that started the revitalization of the North Shore. It was a public, private partnership between the TNRD and Total Concept Developments and was Kamloops first air space development. It includes 151 apartments, a library and commercial space.
